About The Project:

Project LITE aims to protect their rights to inclusive education and respond to and anticipate threats from climate change through a whole-of-community approach that focuses on leveraging and coordinating the resources and voices of the community, including children’s, to support a thriving inclusive educational environment.

Needs of the Community:

  • Capacitated community that is able to foster a safe and inclusive environment for children with disabilities and those at risk of development delays
  • Capacitated local stakeholders that will implement the Inclusive Education Act in the context of the climate change crisis
  • Strengthened partnerships to provide early detection, interventions, and other services for children with disabilities and those at risk of developmental delays
